Amazing service at Nandos Hatfield! Myself and my partner were told 20 minutes wait on Valentine's day for a table and we were given a table within 5 minutes, our food arrived very quickly after we ordered it. The food was lovely and hot, the plates were hot too. We were served by Ethan, who's service was superb, he made sure we had everything we needed and checked back on us to make sure we were happy with our food, he was lovely and polite. The app was down so we had to go to the tills and it was extremely busy yet the staff were not stressed and still so helpful and polite!

I took a takeaway, and did not sit in. The food was good cooked well and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They did not take long to complete my order. Would visit again.

I have visited Nando’s Hatfield a couple of times now and mostly during lunch times on weekdays. Staff here were awesome and very attentive and I would like to appreciate their efforts to make customer experience great. Food was also good and served quickly on the table, we could order from the table itself and it was served. I like going to Nando’s a lot, though being a vegetarian I have very limited mains options in their menu. I would visit more if I could get a couple of more vegetarian mains. Otherwise everything is great.

Visited the Hatfield branch for the first time and there were no problems. Food arrived very quickly, our server, Poornima, was very polite, and our meals were great.

Sunday lunch with family at Nandos. Very friendly service , we was able to get table without booking. Order easy and quick you are using your phone to place your order. Price for 5 people not bad 100 only one minus my daughter wrap was mild but still to hot for her., Overall all food was very nice and tasty

This Nandos is one of the most welcoming in the UK. The staff is so cheerful and happy to receive you in the most professional way. The tables are kept clean and the interior of the restaurant is an elegant afro style design. On top of all these, the food is very tasty and served with care. Whether you want hot, extra hot or mild, you will get exactly what you asked for.

Nice environment. Staff was polite and friendly. You can order from the app or the counter. Peri peri chicken was lovely as was the fries. There are so many combinations on the menu that it gets a bit confusing to decide which one is best and most value for money. Drink is unlimited so you just help yourself. You also help yourself to plates cutlery and the sauces that you want. We had a great time and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Nando’s in Hatfield today. This is a fantastic Nando’s branch and the atmosphere is nice and airy. I love the decor and the ceiling. This branch has the best view from a Nando’s! The staff were friendly(including Prince) and the service was quick despite it being fairly busy. The food was fantastic as always in Nando’s! I had the 1/4 chicken which was delicious and well cooked,the flavour of the lemon and herb sauce is lovely. The fully loaded chips were amazing with the cheese,onion,chicken prices and sour cream sauce. There was so much flavour and I would recommend this dish. However I had it without the Peri Tamer sauce. In my personal opinion it was better than the TGI Fridays version of the same dish. The Fully Loaded chips are a good sharer or good for just a hungry individual. The toilets were clean and the restaurant was clean. No complaints!
